Accounts assistant
3. Oversee and manage the organisation's purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with policies.
4. Maintain accurate financial records.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to forecast and plan procurement needs.
6. Monitor and track expenditure to align with budgetary constraints.
7. Resolve any payment discrepancies.
8. Support the preparation of financial reports.
9. Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance and Purchasing Officer should have:
10. Experience in finance, purchasing, or a related field.
11. Proficiency with financial software and tools.
12. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
13. Good communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
