Site / Section Engineer Location: Plymouth Hours: 45 hours per week (07:30 – 17:00) Reporting to: Sub Agent / Agent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site / Section Engineer to join a major infrastructure redevelopment project within a live MOD environment in Plymouth. This role will support the delivery of technically compliant works to design specification, ensuring construction is carried out safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will take responsibility for setting out, quality assurance, dimensional control, and providing engineering support to overcome technical challenges on site. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required (process can take up to 8 weeks). Eligibility criteria: Candidates must: Hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country Have resided in the UK for the past 5 years Key Responsibilities Preparation and management of as-built drawings Establish and maintain systems to record completed works in line with the Project Quality Plan Provide and maintain accurate setting out and dimensional control Ensure works are constructed within allowable tolerances Regularly check setting out points, benchmarks, and calibration certificates for instruments Use Leica survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, optical & digital levels) Record and test workmanship and materials (e.g., drainage, c...
