Ensuring all actions are logged and managed via the IT helpdesk visiting customer sites to complete IT service requests. System monitoring, error logging, fault-tracking IT incident management to ensure maximum service availability. IT asset tracking, service provisioning managing IT accounts for new starters/leavers.
