Advance TRS are supporting a leading contractor in the Southwest Water region. They are looking for a confident, hands-on Mechanical Site Supervisor (Mechanical AP) to take charge on site.
The Role
Reporting to the M&E Manager / Lead Site Supervisor, you'll drive and control all mechanical site activities - delivering to spec, on time, and with zero compromise on health & safety or quality.
You'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring:
Safe working environments for all staff, subcontractors & visitors
HS&E documentation is current, compliant & fully reviewed
Method Statements & Work Instructions are robust and followed
Mechanical works are delivered to specification and programme
ITPs are completed progressively
Accurate progress recording & as-built updates
Non-conformances are identified, recorded and resolved efficiently
Experience:
You're an experienced water sector professional who knows mechanical installations inside out:
Strong background in pipework fabrication, welding & erection
Able to assess weld quality with confidence
Experienced in punching & snagging pipelines to Isometric, GA & P&ID drawings
Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and driving standards on site
Qualifications
HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering or apprenticeship in pipework & welding + experience

First Aid
