This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasting. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support decision-making. The role also involves providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects, and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
What you’ll do
1. Collaborate with senior finance team providing analysis to enable effective business decisions.
2. Assist with developing forecasts and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
3. Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
4. Manage 2 direct reports.
5. Ensure area reviews for projects, working with operations to report contracts accurately, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Key Requirements
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA part qualified
* Experience in a business-facing finance role
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in Excel
* Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
