Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
* Maestro in Training: Instructing Music across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
* Rhythm Keeper: Driving high attainment in instrumental, vocal, and compositional skills with rigorous and exciting delivery.
* Concert Coordinator: Assisting with instrumental lessons, running small ensembles, and supporting the technical side of school performances.
Compensation & Benefits
* Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Music or Music Technology.
* Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
