About the RoleMTVH are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to lead on delivering a robust and effective quality assurance framework across the Customer Services Directorate. This role is key in driving service improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and best practice. You will undertake in-depth reviews, audits, and quality assurance visits to assess service performance and identify opportunities to raise standards and improve outcomes for customers.Therefore, as part of the Operational Risk – Risk & Quality team, you will work collaboratively across the organisation to support teams to improve service delivery.
You will analyse findings from audits and reviews, lead on action planning, and share learning across services to ensure consistent quality and best practice.Key responsibilitiesConduct quality assurance visits, audits, and reviews to assess service quality and complianceAnalyse audit findings and support the completion of action plans to improve performance and reduce riskBuild strong partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvementDevelop and maintain systems for monitoring quality assurance, compliance, and performanceProvide guidance and promote best practice aligned to regulatory and governance frameworksWhat you'll need to succeedExperience working within a quality assurance or governance role in a regulated environmentStrong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to analyse complex information and make objective, informed decisionsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet deadlinesPlease note: This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.TPBN1_UKTJ
