Potensis Selection is pleased to partner with an award winning Residential Developer who are
looking to expand their existing team and recruit a Design Manager to be based from their office Central London.
The business has developed an enviable reputation for consistently delivering high end, complex and design led projects across the Capital for over 20 years.
Due to an expansion of workload, they are now looking to attract and recruit a Design Manager on a long term contract basis to manage a high value apartment led project in South West London.
Additional responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical advice to the business and act as a focal point for all technical design related matters on the project
* Help manage a range of external consultants, managing their performance to ensure that they deliver the agreed outcomes.
* Drive innovative and cost effective solutions into the design.
* Provide design solutions to the build team during the production process to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
* Management of design review meetings, progress & performance reporting, and design change control.
