About The Role
We are recruiting for an Administrator for our Bedroom department based at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:00.
The Office Administrator is responsible for accurately logging, maintaining and updating data and records related to Bedrooms Operations to support smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, organisation and confidentiality.
Main responsibilities:
1. Accurately log and update data, including dates, records, into internal systems or spreadsheets.
2. Check data for accuracy and completeness and correct any discrepancies.
3. Produce basic reports from logged data when required.
4. Support other team members with administrative and clerical tasks.
5. Ensure all data is handled in line with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
