Overview
A leading, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the appointment of an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor from an M&E / Building Services electrical installation background to join their national growth and continued success.
Candidates must be able to commute to or be based in or near the Kettering area.
Responsibilities
* You will be an 'off the tools' Manager on site, coordinating and checking off electrical installation works on one project at a time; projects could range from 1.5M to 20M+.
* Manage on-site electrical installation coordination, ensuring compliance and quality across commercial/industrial projects (new build, including industrial sheds for distribution, food production, data centres, hospitals, purpose-built industrial buildings).
* Lead Electrical Engineers / Electricians, Supervisors / Foremen, and collaborate with specialist electrical engineers and electricians on site schemes.
* Provide on-site leadership, be on site and in your electrical craft with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications and Experience
* True professionals with direct electrical site management or site supervisory experience in delivering electrical installations and related services in commercial/industrial environments.
* Background from M&E / Building Services, ideally with direct working experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Site Supervisor.
* Experience managing teams of electrical engineers and electricians; capable of coordinating on-site schemes of this scale.
