HR & Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities
* Support HR operations and payroll processes
* Be the first point of contact for managers, offering guidance and support
* Work closely with HR leadership to deliver hands-on, practical HR solutions
* Have the flexibility of 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday), based on site in Salisbury with occasional travel – so a full UK driving licence is essential.

* Has experience in HR & payroll administration
* Is confident, organised, and proactive
* Enjoys supporting managers and employees through all aspects of HR
* Isn't afraid of rolling up their sleeves and handling challenging conversations
