As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Hold full CeMAP qualification
* Have a minimum of 3 years’ post‑CeMAP, customer‑facing mortgage and protection advisory experience
* Have strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
* Be eligible to operate under SMCR requirements with no impediments
You will also demonstrate:
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
* A client‑focused and commercially minded approach
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Competitive salary of £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
