Work Your Way
This role offers true flexibility. You choose your hours (minimum compliance: 50 hours/month) and manage your caseload on your terms—while being part of a firm that supports your success at every step.
What You’ll Do
As a Consultant Duty Solicitor, you will:
* Manage your own caseload or cases generated via the duty rota
* Represent clients across police station, Magistrates’ Court, and Crown Court proceedings
* Deliver thoughtful, strategic legal advice with integrity and care
* Use our legal tech systems to focus on outcomes, not overhead.
* Contribute to our wider team culture as a respected, independent professional
Who You Are
* A qualified solicitor with current duty solicitor accreditation
* Confident managing cases autonomously, with a strong client focus
* Equipped with solid advocacy, negotiation, and advisory skills
* Deeply aligned with Compassion, Integrity, and Trust
