Claims Consultant - Customer Service Executive
The role of Claims Consultant, reporting to the Member Services Manager, is to assist with the day to day running of the Claims Team, delivering high quality service to their customers through all the facets of the claims processes.
You will assist to achieve its new business and retention targets by providing customer service excellence. Claims processes should be performed competently, accurately, professionally, time efficiently and with an attention to detail in all areas.
Duties include:
Providing professional and friendly telephone based assessments and authorisation of claims
Providing written confirmation of claims decisions and notifications
Dealing with invoice payment queries
Provide customer service excellence to clients by communicating clearly and professionally by phone and in written form
Work to build professional relationships and team spirit with your peers and colleagues.
Support other members of your team with training and development to work together to achieve team goals.
Be trained in other departments’ processes and assist with other team duties as and when required
Undertake general office duties from time to time when required.
