Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an Assistant BIM Coordinator (Asset Data) based in Epsom on a permanent basis. Your Purpose: Responsibilities: Champion data-centric approaches to delivering engineering projects and ensure that our information management practices are understood and implemented. Manage the development of accurate asset information and data on projects following project and industry standards. Support the development and management of asset data standards aligned to industry best practice including, for example, defining data dictionaries, reference data libraries, and data models. Support the application, development and maintenance of new processes and technology to embed asset data as standard ways of working (including application of BS EN ISO 19650). Manage and apply BIM tools and processes to enable project teams to deliver coordinated 3D, 2D, and asset data. Create engaging and informative educational and training materials. Ensure project teams (internal and external) are aware of, and trained in, the application of information management procedures and processes being applied.Behaviours: Skill Set - Strong data literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience: Educational Background - Preferably a Degree in Engineering, Information Services, or related field. Foundational knowledge of Data Fundamentals with some Data Analysis experience.
