Winstanley's Pramworld is looking to recruit a Part-time Customer Service Advisor to work in our shop floor and sales office team based in Wigan.
You will be responsible for:-
* Providing outstanding levels of customer service
* Taking ownership and resolving queries in an efficient and professional manner
* Liaising with customers via telephone/email and Live Chat and face to face
* Advising customers, placing orders and taking payments
* Arranging deliveries and tracking customer orders
* Communicating with other departments and suppliers
Essential Skills Required:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an outstanding telephone manner.
* Adaptable in a fast moving work place, product and system training provided
* Ability to problem-solve, prioritise and work well under pressure.
* Customer focused, enjoy building relationships and a personable demeanour.
* Experience of Using Microsoft Office Systems such as Word and Excel.
Hours of Work:
15 hours per week
Saturday 9am- 5pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm
Bank Holidays/ Christmas Cover also required
