The Role – Materials Coordinator This is a varied role providing an opportunity for the right individual to be involved in supporting our operations team in delivering a quality service to our clients. The following gives an outline of the role but the list is not exhaustive and the position requires someone who can embrace positive change and be flexible in approach. Creation of job packs for projects Delivery of job packs to sites, Loading/off loading, Receiving and logging material deliveries Maintaining stock levels for standard items, Using systems to maintain records, Security of the stores and premises Maintaining Health and Safety practices in the warehouse Liaising with the project teams Maintaining trade vehicle records. (Repairs/MOT's etc)Maintaining Asset records Managing waste removal/recycling Keeping stores and yard tidy at all times Required/Essential Excellent communication skills, Good team player, Basic IT skills with the ability to learn new systems, Good numeracy & literacy Full clean driving licence Tidy & presentable Preferred It would be advantageous if applicants had some similar experience but not essential as full training will be given Experience with FLT's would also be advantageous Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
