The Power & Utilities (P&U) sector, led by Dr. Matt Firla-Cuchra, employs around 85 FTEs and is the largest within IAG, serving major UK and European clients across energy and water sectors. We offer advice on strategy, business planning, corporate finance, regulation, and benchmarking, helping clients structure investments, secure financing, and navigate regulatory regimes to maximize shareholder value. Recognized as market leaders, our work influences the future of the utilities sector.
Our P&U division is divided into six practices: Water Regulation, Energy Regulation, Finance, Projects, Transactions & Energy Transition, and Cost Benchmarking, with continuous double-digit growth. We seek high-caliber candidates to support our expansion and service development.

* Leading client engagements and ensuring quality and risk management standards are met.
* Maintaining expertise in energy networks, water, and renewable sectors.
* Mentoring team members and exemplifying the firm's values.
The projects will be high-profile, including advising on energy sector takeovers, market analysis, and strategic reviews related to energy transition and regulation.
