We are hiring Customer Service Consultant to join our Customer Service team in Edinburgh.
Customer Service Representative
Salary: £26,000-£28,000pa
Hours: 40 per week
Days: Monday - Friday
Shifts: 8 hrs per day between the times of 7am – 9.30pm rotational shifts
Location: Edinburgh Office/Hybrid
Summary
This role will have a initial 6-month probation, during this time it will be mostly office based, thereafter post probation Hybrid working of 3 days office and 2 from home, and an increase in salary.

The role of the Customer Service Representative is to be the primary contact for clients when booking shipments and providing general and specific information from initial enquiry through quoting, order placement and tracking shipments.
The role involves ensuring the shipment will run as smoothly as possible through detailed pre-planning and monitoring execution.
In addition, the Customer Service Representative is required to operate as the executive element of World Courier’s Operational teams, collating relevant information and issuing instructions to the various departments involved in any given process.
