Role Overview
We are looking for a Training Administrator to support our training strategy and ensure the highest standards of compliance and operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating training activities, managing records in the Learning Management System (LMS), and providing administrative support to the Training team.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate training sessions in line with Training & Development standards and procedures.
* Manage training inbox and resolve booking queries.
* Administer course paperwork, registrations, certifications, and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with training logistics, including room setup and material preparation.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to organize training programmes.
* Represent dnata Training at internal and external meetings as required.
* Work under pressure to meet deadlines while promoting dnata's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
* Discreet and professional approach.
* Full and valid DVLA Licence.

40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Occasional travel required and flexibility required.
