Academics is looking to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 male pupil with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a friendly primary school in the Vale of Glamorgan. This role involves working both within the classroom alongside the class teacher, and also independently outside the classroom to provide tailored support. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping the pupil access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
