Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Beaconsfield (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Are you a hands-on digital marketer with a knack for driving performance and optimising every click, campaign, and conversion?
We’re working with a fast-growing, award-winning organisation in the care and lifestyle sector who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate their digital presence during an exciting growth phase.
Responsibilities
* Manage email, social, website, and SEO activity, collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Lead migration from Constant Contact to Mailchimp (data, templates, automations, segmentation).
* Manage email campaigns across acquisition, retention, and engagement with full reporting and optimisation.
* Plan and execute social campaigns (organic and paid) across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Support the launch of a brand-new WordPress website and ensure it remains up-to-date and optimised.
* Drive SEO improvements with agency partners.
* Produce engaging content for web, email, and social, using AI tools to streamline delivery.
* Track performance with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and social insights, providing monthly reports and recommendations.
Qualifications
* Strong experience across email marketing, website management, SEO, and content creation.
* Hands-on expertise with Mailchimp and WordPress.
* Good knowledge of social media management and paid campaigns.
* A data-led mindset with confidence in analytics and campaign reporting.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

* Salary of £45,000 – £50,000 on a 6-month FTC.
