Constantly monitor the market and customer metrics in loyalty & retail to proactively identify issues and opportunities. This role briefs insight, execution (communication), technology and brand teams to bring propositions to life as a champion for the channel. Using your passion for retail, customers and data to keep up to date with the latest customer trends, channel trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for Tesco.
