Job Description:
Part time / Full time legal receptionist required to work in small busy legal offices situated in Sidcup.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
* Managing the schedules and appointments of fee earners
* Liaising with clients in person, via email, and through text communications
* Performing general administrative tasks to support daily operations
* Providing comprehensive back-office support to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
* Experienced at Reception
* Professional client facing attitude
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proficient typing skills
* Demonstrated experience as a legal receptionist
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
* Strong organisational abilities with excellent task prioritisation
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
