Retail Operations Reporting Analyst – Virgin Media O2 Contract (ISS)
Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (likely to be extended or made permanent)

ISS is looking for a Retail Operations Reporting Analyst to support our work with Virgin Media O2. In this role, you will take ownership of key weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports that help our Retail Operations team and client understand performance, trends and operational priorities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and a passion for clear, accurate and high-impact reporting. There is also scope to use Power BI as part of our ongoing digital reporting improvements.
Key responsibilities:
• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly retail operations reports
• Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from the business and client
• Maintain team trackers and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
• Facilitate review meetings and collate updates from team members
• Present report findings and highlight risks or trends
• Maintain the retail store list, ensuring openings/closures are captured
• Work with IT to resolve reporting issues
• Improve reporting quality, structure and efficiency
• Contribute ideas for reporting enhancements and new approaches
What we’re looking for:
• Advanced Excel skills (you will be asked to demonstrate this)
• Experience in a reporting or operational analysis role (FM or operational environments desirable)
• Ability to interpret business needs and turn them into meaningful reporting outputs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Confident communicator able to present information clearly
• Experience with Power BI or PowerQuery is desirable but not essential
• Organised, proactive and comfortable owning key reporting processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative approach
