Job Title: Canvasser / Customer Contact Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Canvasser/Customer Contact Assistant to contact customers via phone and email with the goal of driving engagement, increasing awareness, and encouraging action. Whether you're introducing new offerings, gathering feedback, or re-engaging past contacts, your communication will help strengthen our connection with our audience and support our overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact existing and previous customers by phone and email to build rapport and encourage engagement.
* Deliver clear and compelling messaging about our services, campaigns, or updates.
* Tailor outreach based on customer profiles and interaction history.
* Log all communications accurately on Excel Document.
* Meet weekly outreach and engagement goals.
* Gather feedback and insights from customer interactions and report findings to the team of Engineers to further engage.
Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Friendly, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
* Ability to send professional, engaging emails.
* Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Experience with Excel.
* Prior experience in customer outreach, telemarketing, phone banking, or canvassing is a plus.
