The ideal candidate will have strong creative and technical design skills, with experience developing product ranges for major fashion retailers. You'll be working across a dynamic portfolio of global sports, fashion & lifestyle brands.

Based in Central London, with hybrid working available.
Main Responsibilities
* Design graphics tailored to a range of major retailers.
* Develop trend‑led concepts that align with both brand DNA and retailer aesthetic.
* Create production‑ready artwork for sampling and ensure seamless sample management throughout development.
* Conduct seasonal and ongoing research into sportswear, streetwear, and lifestyle trends to inform new collections.
* Liaise directly with license partners, buyers, and brand teams to present concepts and ensure brand compliance.
* Attend license meetings, development sessions, and key trade shows to stay connected with market direction and brand strategy.
Person Specification
* Proven experience designing graphics for apparel.
* Passionate about sports, lifestyle, and licensed fashion.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (essential).
* Confident in interpreting brand guidelines while adding commercial and creative value.
* Solid understanding of retail market and fashion trends.
* Excellent time management, organisation, and ability to manage multiple brand projects simultaneously.
