Designwerk is an independent creative agency based in London, specialising in brand development, storytelling, and strategic design. With a strong reputation in the sports and entertainment industries, we work with world-class clients to create bold, purposeful, and engaging creative across brand identity, campaigns, and experiential design.
Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager to join our client services team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of creative projects — supporting Account Directors, Creative Directors and our design team to ensure deadlines are met, deliverables stay on track, and the studio runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working closely with both internal teams and clients to bring ideas to life through seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage timelines, task lists, and key project milestones — ensuring work stays on schedule and on brief.
* Work closely with Account Directors, Creative Directors, and Designers to understand project requirements and allocate resources effectively.
* Schedule and facilitate internal reviews, client presentations, and feedback loops.
* Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and delivery checklists to keep all stakeholders aligned.
* Help scope deliverables in collaboration with senior creatives and account leads — including estimating timelines and flagging resourcing needs.
* Coordinate with freelancers, suppliers, and external collaborators to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
* Ensure final assets are delivered to spec and meet quality standards before release or presentation.
* Support the team in managing multiple workstreams at once, prioritising effectively based on deadlines and business impact.
* Have solid experience in managing client expectations and relationships.
About You
* 3+ years of experience in a project management or production role within a creative, branding, or design-led agency.
* Proven ability to manage creative timelines and deliverables from briefing to final delivery.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills — comfortable working with both creative teams and clients.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
* Familiarity with the end-to-end creative process, including print, digital, and experiential production workflows.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a calm and pragmatic approach under pressure.
* Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Notion, or similar) and confident with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Chat).
* An interest in branding, campaigns, and/or the entertainment and sports industries is a bonus.
What We Offer
* Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
* Birthdays off
* Vitality Private Medical Insurance
* Supportive and inclusive environment with opportunities for growth
* Regular team socials and knowledge-sharing sessions
* Free in-office breakfast on Tuesdays
