* Lead troubleshooting of complex control system issues.
* Manage and deliver multiple automation and electrical projects.
* Maintain and update control system drawings and documentation.
* Support capital projects and drive improvements in processes and equipment.
* Work closely with stakeholders, contractors and technicians to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
* Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers and apprentices.
