Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits + Car Allowance – OTE £70k - £90k per annum.

With over two years of organic growth, they are expanding their team to support their full-service proposition for Micro, SME, and Enterprise businesses, specializing in Telecoms, Cloud, Mobiles, and MS365.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a sales leader to develop and implement the sales strategy for 2023 and beyond, driving growth and acquiring new clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional eager to achieve significant results and financial rewards.
Your Responsibilities:
* Create and execute a sales strategy for growth in 2023, focusing on short- and long-term objectives.
* Hire, train, and retain a sales team, including telemarketing staff and BDMs, for both phone-based and face-to-face sales.
* Monitor sales metrics, manage sales administration, and foster a high-performance sales culture.
* Oversee marketing efforts to generate inbound and warm leads.
* Set and track sales targets for your team, focusing on new business development.
* Provide product training and collaborate with suppliers on product knowledge.
* Manage the team in conducting business-to-business calls to promote services.
* Implement improvements in sales administration processes as needed.
* Build an open and communicative environment within your team.
Candidate Profile:
* A flexible, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
* Commercially focused with the ability to explain technology engagingly.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities with customers and colleagues.
* Proven negotiation skills over the phone.
* Experience managing a sales team and delivering against targets.
* At least 5 years of experience in a telecoms environment.
* Experience leading sales and marketing teams in similar settings.
