About The Role
We are currently looking for a highly organised individual to fulfill a crucial role in our support staff within our high performing Corporate Team.
Based in our Cambridge Office and reporting to the Legal Support Manager.The Legal Support Assistant role's objective is to provide in-depth business support to the Partners and fee earners within the team, including the following responsibilities:
* Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
* Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team's needs where possible.
* Supporting the file opening process for the team.
* Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
* Filtering client queries, at times being the first point of contact for clients.
* Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
About You
As a Legal Support Assistant, you will have:
* Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
* Experience in a client-facing environment would be advantageous.
* Experience within a legal/professional services environment would be desirable.
* Experience in case management systems is preferable but not essential.
