The Role
* Proactively identifying and engaging new business opportunities using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, websites and market research
* Monitoring online platforms and company websites to identify live job vacancies
* Tracking company PSLs and submitting targeted applications
* Booking meetings and calls to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Following up on warm leads provided by Recruitment Consultants
* Maintaining and qualifying contact data using the CRM system
* Distributing and following up marketing literature and campaigns
* Visiting new and existing clients to develop relationships and generate new business
* Supporting market research initiatives, including client gifting activity
* Negotiating terms of business for both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
* Taking and qualifying job vacancies, working closely with Consultants to ensure effective delivery
Person specification;
* Proven experience in sales, business development or telesales
* Previous experience within recruitment is desirable but not essential
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Highly motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
