e.surv Chartered Surveyors are currently recruiting for Residential Surveyors across the UK to join us on a Survey only basis
We’re looking for driven and experienced people who are AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited focusing on conducting Level 2 surveys on either a full time or part time basis.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Carry out property inspections and record site notes to enable production of survey reports
* Maintain a sound knowledge of local conditions that may affect property
* Understand and apply industry requirements (RICS) to formulate survey reports, including e.surv policy and practice.
* Take responsibility to maintain and develop own Continuous Professional Development.
* Develop effective relationships with all departments to optimise efficient systems.
* Build relationships with external agencies (estate agents, surveyors).

* Darlington
* Durham
