The role of a Service Maintenance and Repair Technician is multifaceted and impactful. Due to a successful year, we are expanding our team. You will be the friendly face providing first-class service and repair work, whether at customers’ workplaces or homes.
As part of our mobile mechanic team, you will attend appointments, perform service inspections, handle breakdowns, provide on-the-spot repairs, and ensure smooth operations. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will help you excel in your role. What will I be doing?
* Communicator: Master diagnostics and delight customers by sharing knowledge clearly and confidently.
* Self-starter: Thrive working independently or in a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions. No two days are the same, with appointment-based work and breakdowns.
* Fixer/problem solver: Use your technical skills to resolve a variety of issues, whether fixing vehicles roadside or attending appointments, enabling customers to continue their day.

What do I need?
* Qualifications: NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent experience.
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings.
