The Role
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. This includes ensuring compliance, coordinating maintenance, managing contractors, and supporting refurbishments and new site developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain commercial dental practices and residential properties
* Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules
* Ensure all properties meet health & safety and compliance standards (CQC, fire safety, etc.)
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Support property acquisitions, refurbishments, and fit-outs
* Manage budgets and negotiate contracts for services and repairs
* Maintain accurate property records and reporting systems
About You
* Proven experience in property and facilities management (commercial and/or residential)
* Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and building safety standards
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Familiarity with dental or healthcare environments is a plus
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, RICS) desirable
