The company is well-established and takes pride in their culture of support, trust and inclusion as well as in sustainability.\n\n\nWorking in either the Energy, Projects & Construction team or their Tech & Media team in an administrative role, you will gain an understanding of the variety of tasks that are undertaken to support your colleagues in the secretarial team, as well as fee earners and partners in the wider practice group.\n\n\nThis role is 5 days a week in the office as all tasks undertaken in this role are mostly office-based and working hours are 9am to 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am to 5pm (Friday) with 1 hour for lunch each day.\n\n\nThe Modern Apprenticeship roles are for a fixed period of 18 months. These tasks include but are not limited to:\n\uD83D\uDD39Printing, scanning and copying\n\uD83D\uDD39Dealing with hard copy mail (incoming and outgoing)\n\uD83D\uDD39File storage and recall of ï¬les using records management system\n\uD83D\uDD39Filing â hard copy and electronic\n\uD83D\uDD39Matter opening including conflict searches\n\uD83D\uDD39Preparing Retainer letters\n\uD83D\uDD39Preparation of finance forms\n\uD83D\uDD39Processing Expenses on Chrome River\n\uD83D\uDD39Organising meeting rooms and travel\n\uD83D\uDD39Uploading/downloading documents to/from datasites\n\uD83D\uDD39Preparing electronic bibles/bundles\n\n\nSome of the applications you may be asked to use are (but not limited to): Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word.
