Account Manager – Digital & Technology Consultancy

💰 £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus
Our client is a growing software consultancy made up of 170+ engineers, designers and strategists, delivering scalable, high-quality digital solutions across a range of industries. As they continue to expand, they are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to strengthen and grow relationships across their existing client base.
The Role
This is a key position focused on driving long-term client partnerships, account growth and service innovation. You’ll own a portfolio of customers, shaping account strategies that maximise revenue, improve satisfaction and ensure consistent retention.
You’ll play a central role in evolving how services are delivered, identifying new opportunities and acting as a trusted partner to your clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
* Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand into new areas
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues to ensure retention
* Analyse account performance, providing insights and reporting to both clients and internal teams
* Own the commercial performance of your accounts, including forecasting and revenue tracking
* Ensure high-quality delivery of services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
* Engage regularly with clients face-to-face across the UK.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in Account Management within a digital or IT consultancy
* Strong understanding of technology services and delivery models
* Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, including C-suite
* Experience leading proposals, presentations and client pitches
* Strong commercial awareness (pricing models, forecasting, revenue ownership)
* Experience working with enterprise clients (financial services, public sector or large private organisations desirable)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
