We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Junior Merchandiser to join a dynamic fast-paced Jewellery & accesories brand. This role will play a key part in supporting and driving the performance of the UK market, working across forecasting, planning, retailer relationships, and end-to-end stock management. You will work with a broad portfolio of licensed products and collaborate closely with both suppliers and major retail partners.Key Responsibilities• Support the planning, forecasting, and trading of product categories to maximise sales, margin, and stock efficiency.• Contribute to demand forecasting by analysing sales history, customer behaviour, and performance trends.• Assist in building accurate forecast models to achieve optimal stock levels and reduce markdown exposure.• Maintain and update merchandising tools including line cards, critical paths, and assortment plans.• Analyse weekly sales, stock, and trade reports to identify risks, opportunities, and actions.• Work closely with retail partners to understand their needs and ensure product availability during key trading periods.• Support seasonal planning by contributing insights into trends, bestsellers, and range gaps.• Support purchase order management from supplier through to warehouse and retailer, ensuring delivery timelines are met.• Collaborate with supply chain teams to improve accuracy, reduce delays, and optimise cost efficiency.• Assist with the integration and maintenance of ERP, EDI, and 3PL processes to improve data flow and reduce operational errors.• Help monitor carbon-efficient delivery solutions as part of improving sustainable logistics practices.• Assist with pricing, margin analysis, budget tracking, and COGS reporting.• Prepare internal and external presentations, trading decks, and merchandising packs for leadership and retail partners.About You• Experience in merchandising or demand planning within retail, wholesale, or consumer goods.• Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with large datasets and forecasting tools.• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables desirable).• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.• Highly organised, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced environment.• A team player with curiosity, commercial awareness, and strong problem-solving skills.What We Offer• Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience.• A collaborative, supportive team culture with strong cross-department exposure.• The opportunity to work closely with high-profile retail partners and international supply networks.• Clear opportunities for development and progression as the business continues to expand.
