Job Introduction
We are a leading health and social care provider committed to turning lives around every day. To achieve this, we need a high‑performing, engaged workforce. We are looking for an HR Advisor to support our busy transactional People Team in Manchester.
Role Responsibility
* Act as the first point of contact for ER guidance and provide extensive transactional advice to front‑line and area management teams.
* Coach managers to build confidence in handling future queries.
* Manage the disciplinary and grievance process, including gross misconduct cases, and make necessary escalations.
* Provide training to line managers on key policy processes and changes, induct and coach them into new ways of working.
* Maintain management information, identify trends, and take action on data. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and maintain data records; experience with iTrent is an advantage.
The Ideal Candidate
Experienced HR Advisor with at least 12 months of supporting a busy operation, case management experience, and ideally TUPE experience. Must hold a CIPD level 5 accreditation or be in the process of obtaining it. A team player who is willing to support colleagues, roll up their sleeves, and deliver high‑quality work.
