Key Requirements Civil Engineering degree with 3+ years post graduate experience. Experience of organisational duties on multiple projects. Solid commercial awareness. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven communication, leadership & time management skills Sound knowledge of SHEQ Competent in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel & Outlook Precise setting out skills. Full valid driving license. Desirable Criteria Water Industry experience. Appointed Person. CABWI Street Works. CSCS Gold Card. Temporary Works Co-Ordinator. EUSR National Water Hygiene. Experience in NEC4 forms of contract and contract management. Experience in Programming MS Project/ P6. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Responsible for managing site resources (labour, plant and materials) to ensure that works proceed in line with the programmes. Development of RAMS, presenting toolbox talks and site inductions; Ensuring adherence to and implementation of the Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety management systems, Total Station setting out, levels and dimensional control.
