As our Quality Administrator, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring all quality records and documentation are maintained accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing accurate record-keeping processes to support key quality initiatives and KPI reporting

Maintaining compliant, accessible, and up-to-date QMS records using company scanning and document management systems

Monitoring external documentation for revisions and ensuring updates are captured and implemented

Supporting the update of internal processes and procedures through workflow mapping

Assisting with customer assessments, audits, and questionnaires

Providing administrative support for FAIR (First Article Inspection Reports)

Compiling, analysing, and reviewing KPI metrics and quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Supporting periodic performance reviews and contributing to action plans that close operational gaps

Collaborating across departments and attending cross-functional meetings to support continuous quality improvement

Helping drive efficiencies by supporting process improvement initiatives across the organisation

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and passionate about delivering high standards.

Essential

Minimum A-Level qualification (or equivalent)

Basic report-writing skills

Strong IT literacy, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Analytical mindset with a methodical approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

Experience working within a quality or regulated environment

Knowledge of quality auditing techniques

Experience with document control systems or process documentation

Why join us?

This is more than just an administrative role — it’s an opportunity to build a rewarding career within quality and continuous improvement.

We offer:

A supportive and collaborative working environment

Excellent benefits package

Career development and progression opportunities

The chance to make a real impact within a quality-focused business

Exposure to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Ready to take the next step?

If you’re looking for an opportunity where your attention to detail and organisational skills will be valued, and where you can develop a long-term career in quality, we’d love to hear from you.
