We're working with a fast-growing, award-winning organisation within the utilities sector, and they're looking to expand their team with a Direct Sales Advisor specialising in water contract renewals.
The Opportunity
In this role, you'll manage a pipeline of business customers approaching the end of their water contracts, guiding them through the renewal process and securing the most suitable solutions.
You'll focus on retaining accounts, building trust, and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services. This is a consultative sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client conversations rather than purely transactional selling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and engage a pipeline of upcoming water contract renewals
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored renewal solutions
Retain customers through competitive and commercially sound offers
Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities across additional services
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse client base
Confidently handle objections and resolve customer queries
Maintain accurate records and effectively manage your workloadWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in sales, account management, or contract renewals
Experience within water contracts or the utilities sector would be highly advantageous
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A customer-focused approach with excellent listening ability
Highly organised with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
Confident handling commercial conversations and objections
