Your new company You will work for a creative business that specialises in design, branding and digital marketing. Your new role This is a newly created permanent, part-time position, which has come about due to business growth. Your responsibilities will include: Management of a portfolio of clients across three business entities (UK, French, Swiss) Chasing due/overdue payments primarily by email, occasionally by phone Building and maintaining strong client relationships Investigation and resolution of client/invoice queries Aged debt reporting Posting and allocation of receipts (multi-currency/bank account/entity) Account reconciliation Support month-end processes including AR reconciliation and cash/debtor balances Provide update/reports regarding collections, overdue, bad debts and potential cashflow issues Ongoing identification and improvement of Credit Control processes Maintaining up-to-date records on the system. This role is being offered on a part-time basis, 22.5 hours per week. Preference is for the hours to be split across 5 days (Mon-Fri), however 3-4 days will also be considered, What you'll need to succeed Fluent French and English language skills (both written and spoken) are essential. German language skills are also advantageous but not essential. Recent, relevant experience in a similar Credit Control role Exposure to working with multiple currencies in a multi-entity environment is preferred but not essential. Excel proficiency (ideally at an intermediate level inclusive of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) Xero and/or Scoro system experience is advantageous (not essential) You will be a well-organised individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
