We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You might be:An experienced sales or account management professional looking for a fresh challenge in the horticultural sector, orA more junior candidate with a genuine passion for plants, growing, or horticulture who's eager to learn and develop within the industry.You'll also bring:Excellent relationship-building skills and a practical, can-do attitude.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Confidence in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and providing top-tier service.Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or supplying growers (advantageous but not essential).
