Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
- Administer medication and monitor health needs
- Lead shifts and support care staff to provide exceptional care
- Work collaboratively with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards
Requirements:
- 6 months experience
- NMC Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN
- A genuine passion for elderly and dementia care
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Right to work in the UK
