About Unfabled

Unfabled is building the most trusted destination for women’s health and wellness. Our community‑led platform helps women discover products tailored to their needs – from hormonal symptoms to support through each life stage. We’ve reached over 70 million women organically and are backed by leading investors including Morgan Stanley and Sequoia Scout.

Unfabled Labs, our research and innovation platform, powers the development of pioneering consumer health products. Our viral supplement line – created for women, by women – is now stocked in 700+ Boots and Sainsbury’s stores nationwide. You may have seen us in Forbes, Vogue, The Guardian, Business Inside and Sheerlixe as we continue to redefine what modern women’s health looks like.

About the Role

As an essential part of the company working closely with Unfabled’s founding team, you’ll own the commercial growth of our e‑commerce channels. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role at the centre of our revenue engine.

You’ll work across Shopify, Amazon and other growth channels, constantly testing, learning and improving how we acquire, convert and retain customers.

If you want a clearly defined lane and a big team around you, this probably isn’t it. But if you’re excited by ownership, love solving problems, and want the opportunity to help scale one of the UK’s fastest‑growing brands, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Trading and Revenue Performance

* Own day‑to‑day trading across all e‑commerce sales channels, e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Tiktok Shop, hitting revenue, margin, and profitability targets
* Plan and execute a digital trading calendar that keeps us ahead of launches, promotions, and seasonal moments across all channels
* Own the commercial performance of the website, including merchandising, PDPs, landing pages, conversion optimisation and customer experience
* Test and iterate on promotional mechanics, i.e., bundles, bulk‑buy, referral programmes, and discounting, to maximise revenue and margin
* Own product performance (Shopify website), AOV, and merchandising to drive commercial growth

Performance Marketing and Acquisition

* Own paid acquisition across paid social, affiliates, and all paid media, managing external partners and ensuring every pound spent is working against clear targets
* Continuously test new channels, creative approaches and growth levers, keeping a close eye on CAC efficiency and MER
* Work closely with the Marketing team to make sure e‑commerce and brand activity are pulling in the same direction across paid media, SEO, CRM, and social

Conversion and Customer Journey Optimisation

* Own the CRO roadmap from traffic to checkout, running A/B tests, UX/UI experiments, using no/low code tools to improve conversion rates
* Dig into site behaviour, session data, and customer journeys to find the friction points and growth opportunities
* Manage outsourced development and own the Shopify improvement roadmap, keeping quality high and delivery tight
* Use qualitative research, surveys, and behavioural analytics to stay close to what our customers actually want, and feed that into how we build and improve

CRM and Lifecycle Marketing

* Oversee CRM performance and the revenue it contributes, owning lifecycle programmes end‑to‑end across email and SMS
* Build and refine retention strategies, i.e., subscriptions, referral programmes, bundles, and loyalty, that keep customers coming back and increase LTV
* Improve repeat purchase rate and customer engagement through well‑timed, well‑targeted communications that feel relevant, not spammy
* Make sure CRM is always joined up with trading, launches, and promotional moments, not running in a silo

Analytics, Reporting and Insight

* Own weekly and monthly performance reporting and dashboards: not just producing numbers but telling the story behind them and knowing what to do next
* Use data, AI tools and user research to work smarter: streamlining how we learn, making faster decisions, and spending time on the things that move the needle
* Keep attribution, tracking, and reporting accurate across all platforms and partners, so we always know what’s actually working

About You

* 4+ years of experience in e‑commerce, DTC, or consumer brand growth
* Experience growing e‑commerce channels within women's health, beauty, wellness, FMCG, or another consumer brand
* Commercially minded, with a track record of driving revenue growth rather than simply managing campaigns
* Experience managing paid performance channels or agencies, with a strong understanding of acquisition efficiency, conversion and profitability
* Confident working in Shopify and understand the key levers that drive e‑commerce performance, including conversion, retention, AOV and customer acquisition
* Know your numbers and use them to make decisions – whether that’s CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV or retention
* Have led website, CRO or customer journey improvements that have delivered measurable results
* Have hands‑on CRM experience and understand how retention and lifecycle marketing contribute to growth

We know great candidates don’t always tick every box. If this role excites you and you think you could thrive at Unfabled, we’d love to hear from you - even if your experience doesn’t perfectly match every requirement.

You’ll also be someone who:

* Takes ownership and gets things done
* Loves solving problems and figuring things out
* Thrives in fast‑moving environments where priorities can change quickly
* Balances pace with attention to detail
* Is comfortable switching between big‑picture thinking and hands‑on execution
* Brings energy, curiosity and ambition to your work
* Is excited by Unfabled’s mission and the opportunity to help build a category‑defining women’s health brand

How we work

At Unfabled, we move fast, take ownership, and care deeply about the quality of our work.

We’re ambitious and optimistic. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and we’re always looking for better ways to do things. We bring problems with solutions attached, communicate openly, and support each other to win as a team.

Most importantly, we’re building something that matters. We care about the impact we’re having on women’s health, and we care about the people we’re building it with.

You’ll be joining a small, ambitious team rewriting the rules of women’s health. Fast‑moving and focused, but also human, energising, and close‑knit. We’re optimistic about what we’re building, we care about doing it well, and we care about the people we do it with.

You’ll have genuine ownership of a critical growth function at one of the UK’s most exciting startups – with autonomy, equity upside, steep learning curves, and the chance to make your mark early.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: £44,000–£55,000 DOE (ranges may vary based on skills and experience)

* Salary plus equity options - real upside as we scale
* Hybrid working (3 days in our Paddington office, 2 days WFH)
* £100 quarterly product and wellbeing allowance
* Employee discount on Unfabled products
* Collaborative and inclusive team culture with regular team socials
* Work in a mission‑driven environment with the potential to make a significant impact in women’s health

At Unfabled, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences and identities, and believe that different perspectives make us stronger.

Right to work: We don’t provide visas so please only apply if you have a right to work in the UK.
