We are seeking an outstanding teacher with a passion for working with children with SEMH needs. The Primary Inclusion Team, established in 2015, has earned a reputation across Salford schools for partnership, inclusion, and challenge. We require a teacher skilled in meeting the needs of children with SEMH in mainstream classrooms and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
The appointed person will:
1. Have a secure understanding of why some children struggle to access mainstream education;
2. Possess excellent communication skills to support behaviour management in mainstream schools;
3. Be confident in engaging in supportive and challenging conversations with senior leaders;
4. Be an effective, adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills;
5. Have experience delivering high-quality, engaging training;
6. Demonstrate resilience and self-reflection.
