This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026

The Role

Kinross College is seeking a passionate and committed Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic learning area. The successful applicant will ideally be an integral member of the Maths team, contributing to a collaborative approach to curriculum planning and delivering high-quality learning programs tailored to the needs of our diverse school community.

We are seeking an educator who ideally, models exemplary teaching practices and possesses a strong repertoire of instructional strategies to engage students effectively. Experience in a range of pedagogical approaches and a willingness to innovate in the classroom are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging Mathematics programs
2. Use data to inform teaching and support student progress
3. A strong knowledge of the Senior School Western Australian Curriculum
4. Deliver content in a clear, engaging, and student-focused manner
5. Reflect on teaching practices and adapt to meet individual student needs
6. Integrate technology into teaching and learning; familiarity with Compass is desirable
7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
