The Role: Level 3 Nursery Nurse – Richmond Upon Thames As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for supporting and leading on the planning and delivery of stimulating activities that promote each child’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. You will act as a Key Person, building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, observing and assessing progress, and tailoring learning experiences to meet individual needs. You’ll also support the emotional, social, and physical well-being of each child, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
