Lead .NET Developer - Perm GBP75k - Evolving Gaming hub
A Lead .NET Developer is being recruited by a rapidly expanding betting and gaming company in Manchester.

Job Duties
This is a "hands-on" role where you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring quality, efficiency, and performance while minimizing technical debt.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that meets project requirements.
Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team, including code reviews, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Participate in estimating software development projects and lead planning and scheduling efforts.
Act as a liaison between the Engineering team and Senior Management, communicating project status and technical challenges, and assuming a leadership role within the company.
Hybrid/Location: 2 days per week in Central Manchester (flexible working hours between 7am-10am)
Salary: GBP70,000-GBP75,000 + 10% bonus
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* Extensive hands-on experience in C# .NET (Framework and Core), SQL/MySQL, and building web services
* Knowledge of the latest ES standards and TypeScript is beneficial
* Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
* Experience with Message brokers
* NoSQL experience is beneficial
* Experience with WinForms/WPF is a plus
* Experience working in an Agile environment with TDD or similar quality assurance approaches
